About Me

Hi, I’m Kris Seidenkranz. I’m thrilled about the opportunity to support you and your property.

My STR journey began as a real estate investor, where I discovered a passion for hospitality, guest experience, and the business of short-term rentals.

I’ve owned and managed my own vacation rentals and served as Growth Manager & Onboarding Specialist for Kozy Getaways, gaining hands-on experience in launching, operating, and growing STR properties.

Today, I bring that experience to Relax & Play Stays—a boutique co-hosting company focused on increasing occupancy, optimizing revenue, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
